An electrical lineman has to climb on a pole of height 50 meters to fix the wires. In the first one minute he climbed up 5 meters, in the next one minute he slipped down by 2 meters. Further, he repeated the same process till he reached the top of the pole. Then at what height was he at the 24th minute and how many times did he go upwards to reach the top of the pole ?
