Can I use APPSC questions for UPSC preparation?

Partly. APPSC (APPSC Group-1 Services) shares its General Studies backbone with UPSC: polity, modern history, geography, economy and environment all overlap. The state-specific portion does not appear in UPSC at all, so treat that part as APPSC-only preparation.
