In a class of 130 students, 80 students are from City A and the remaining 50 students are from City B. A total of 80 students in the class can play basketball. Statements: 1. At least 30 students from City B can play basketball. 2. Not more than 50 students from City A can play basketball. Is it possible to determine how many students from City A can play basketball?
