Study the following case carefully and answer the questions that follow: Mr. ‘X’ is a veteran teacher who is very popular among his students. He frequently offers students extra help after school, so it is not uncommon to see students visiting his classroom after school. He has tutored one student ‘Swati’ in a variety of subjects over a two-year period. During that time Mr. ‘X’ has e-mailed messages on Swati’s cell phone, using his personal e-mail address. At first, the messages were very general (e.g. asking Swati about a sick family member). Recently, the student began to text her teacher about more personal feelings.
