You and your friend have gone shopping and have purchased jewellery amounting to rupees five lakh from a shop. You request the store manager to give you a rebate considering the fact that you have purchased high value goods at a considerable cost. The store manager offers a discount of one percent, but your friend is outraged by the offer and threatens to leave without buying anything. The store manager is worried and asks her how much rebate she expects and she demands a rebate of at least 10%. The manager says he has to consult his boss. The manager comes back in a few minutes and says he can give the rebate of 10% as desired but in that case would not provide an invoice to the customer. If you were the customer, what would you do?
