Correct — B, 2 and 3. The question asks for the pairs that are NOT correctly matched, so read it as a hunt for errors rather than for truths. Pair 1 is right and must be left alone: National Voters' Day is observed in India on 25 January, and the date is not arbitrary — the Election Commission of India was constituted on 25 January 1950, one day before the Constitution came into force, and the Government adopted the Commission's foundation day as National Voters' Day from 2011 to enrol young citizens turning eighteen. Pair 2 is wrong. Constitution Day, Samvidhan Divas, falls on 26 NOVEMBER, not 27 January, because it was on 26 November 1949 that the Constituent Assembly adopted, enacted and gave to itself the Constitution of India; the Government notified the observance in 2015, the 125th birth anniversary year of Dr B. R. Ambedkar, having marked the day earlier as Law Day. Pair 3 is wrong too. Human Rights Day is observed worldwide on 10 DECEMBER, not 29 January, the anniversary of the day in 1948 on which the United Nations General Assembly, meeting in Paris, adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
