Why

Correct — D. The United Nations ran a Best Small Business: Good Food for All competition alongside its 2021 Food Systems Summit, choosing 50 winners from close to 2,000 applications across 135 countries.

Three of the winners were Indian: Edible Routes, Oorja Development Solutions India and Taru Naturals — options (a), (b) and (c).

Patanjali is a large Indian consumer-goods group, not a small business, and it is not on that list. Option (d) is the name that does not belong.

Concept

The competition looked for small and medium enterprises improving access to healthy and sustainable food, and its winners are small, locally rooted ventures.

That is the decisive filter here. Three of the four names are enterprises most candidates have never heard of, which is exactly what a small-business award list looks like. The fourth is a household brand.

The question calls it the $100,000 cash prize. The United Nations described 50 winners sharing US$100,000 in prize money, so no single business took the whole sum. The key is unaffected either way, since Patanjali is not among the winners.
