Why

Correct — C. Medini Rai of Chanderi, Hasan Khan of Mewat and Mahmud Lodi joined Rana Sanga against Babur, and the coalition met him at the Battle of Khanwa in 1527 — the ruler option (c) names.

The sequence explains why they combined. Babur had beaten Ibrahim Lodi at Panipat in 1526 and taken Delhi and Agra, and the Rajput and Afghan powers who expected to inherit that vacuum turned on the newcomer instead.

Babur won at Khanwa, and it is that victory, not Panipat, that turned a raid into a hold on north India.

Why the others are wrong

Aurangzeb — Aurangzeb came to the throne in 1658, more than a century after Khanwa. Rana Sanga was long dead, and Aurangzeb's Rajput wars belong to an entirely different era.

Humayun — Humayun was Babur's son and successor. His wars were against Bahadur Shah of Gujarat and Sher Shah Suri, and his battles are Chausa and Kannauj, not Khanwa.
(d)
Akbar — Akbar faced a later generation of Mewar — Rana Pratap, Sanga's descendant — at Haldighati in 1576. Chanderi, Mewat and Mahmud Lodi belong to his grandfather's reign.

Concept

Khanwa is the second of Babur's three decisive Indian battles, and the three are best held as a sequence.

Panipat, 1526 removed the last Lodi ruler of Delhi. Khanwa, 1527 broke the Rajput confederacy under Rana Sanga of Mewar. Ghaghra, 1529 ended the Afghan resistance in the east.

His advantages at Khanwa were the ones that had won Panipat: field artillery, matchlock infantry sheltered behind a line of tied carts, and the flanking cavalry manoeuvre called tulughma.

The stem never names the battle, only the allies. Medini Rai of Chanderi, Hasan Khan of Mewat and Mahmud Lodi together point to one event — the coalition Rana Sanga assembled in 1527.
