Why the others are wrong

Inside the division-multiplication rank, and again inside the addition-subtraction rank, work left to right. That is why 133 ÷ 19 × 3 is 21 and not 133 ÷ 57.
841 = 29², which is why the last division comes out exact. A whole-number result there is the paper's own signal that the vinculum has been read the intended way.
