Why the others are wrong

Concept
A mirror on a vertical line MN gives a lateral inversion: left and right swap, top and bottom do not. A mirror on a horizontal line does the opposite.
Do not try to picture the whole figure at once. Pick the two or three most asymmetric elements — an arrowhead, a curve bulging one way, an object sitting off-centre — and check each on its own.
An option that gets most elements right and one wrong is the standard SSC distractor here. Three of these options reverse at least one element correctly, so finish the checklist before choosing.
Mirroring is not rotation. A 180-degree turn would also send the arrowhead leftwards, but it would swap top and bottom as well, lifting the lower row above the diagonal. Only the left-right swap is wanted.
