Correct — option (4), Only statement A. The five Panchsheel principles were first set down in the preamble to the Agreement on Trade and Intercourse between the Tibet Region of China and India, signed at Beijing on 29 April 1954, and were then jointly reaffirmed by name in a statement issued when Premier Zhou Enlai visited New Delhi in June 1954. On both occasions the two governments were represented at head-of-government level by Jawaharlal Nehru, Prime Minister of India, and Zhou Enlai, who held the office of Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China — the Chinese government's equivalent of Prime Minister. That pairing is exactly statement A, and only statement A. The other three statements each substitute a wrong name for one half of the pair — a former Chinese leader from a different era, a later Indian Prime Minister who was nowhere near office in 1954, and China's head of state rather than its head of government — so once A is confirmed correct, 'Only A' is the sole option that admits it while rejecting the rest.
