Why

Correct — D. Arjun Singh Dhurve is honoured as a performer of Baiga dance, the tradition of the Baiga tribal community of Madhya Pradesh.

The Tulsi Samman is Madhya Pradesh's state honour for folk and tribal art, so the answer has to be a tribal tradition of that state carried by a named performer.

The stem gives you the performer and asks for his form. The form recorded against Dhurve's name is Baiga — option (d).

Why the others are wrong

Mardana — Mardana is not the tradition in his citation. The word means 'of men' in Hindi and Urdu and is not the name of the Madhya Pradesh tribal form Dhurve performs.
