Correct — A. PV Sindhu won the women's singles title at the Swiss Open 2022, played at Basel in March that year.

Take the year first. A 2022 tour title has to belong to a player collecting tour titles in 2022, and Sindhu is that player on this list. The Swiss Open is a BWF World Tour Super 300 event in the March European swing.

Why the others are wrong
