Why

Correct — D. Tadoba National Park lies in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, in the Vidarbha region.

It was declared a national park in 1955. Its forest is dry deciduous, mostly teak with bamboo.

Tadoba was later joined with the neighbouring Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary to form the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve. Option (d).

Why the others are wrong

Madhya Pradesh — Madhya Pradesh carries the same central-Indian forest type, and its parks include Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Pench and Satpura. Tadoba is not among them; it is in Maharashtra.
(b)
Kerala — Kerala's parks include Eravikulam, Silent Valley and Periyar — Western Ghats forest, a different biogeographic zone from Tadoba's dry teak.
(c)
Gujarat — Gujarat holds Gir, the only wild home of the Asiatic lion, and the Blackbuck National Park at Velavadar. Neither is Tadoba.

Concept

Tadoba belongs to the central Indian tiger landscape of dry deciduous teak forest running across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Telangana. It is the Maharashtra entry in that landscape.

A national park and a tiger reserve are different legal creatures. A tiger reserve is notified under the Wild Life (Protection) Act through the National Tiger Conservation Authority and usually wraps a core park in a buffer, which is the Tadoba-Andhari arrangement.

The question uses the older, narrower name. Most current writing calls the whole area the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, and both names point to the same place in Maharashtra.
