Correct — B. Tarang Sanchar is the Department of Telecommunications portal that carries information on mobile towers and their EMF (electromagnetic field) emission compliance.

Two things sit on it: a map-based search that shows the mobile towers around a chosen location with their compliance status, and a facility to request an EMF emission measurement for a site.

The name is the giveaway: tarang means wave and sanchar means communication.

Concept

Mobile towers are radio transmitters, and public anxiety about their EMF radiation is a standing telecom-policy problem. India's answer has been transparency plus a compliance regime.

Operators must self-certify that a tower's emission is within the prescribed limits, and the Department's field units audit those certificates.

Tarang Sanchar is the public face of that regime. It puts the tower map and the compliance status where anyone can look, and lets a citizen who is still worried ask for a measurement instead of arguing.

This one is won on the name. Tarang (wave) and sanchar (communication) both point straight at telecom, while E-Amrit, NAMASTE and PM-DAKSH carry no radio sense at all.
