Correct — B. The Ministry of Civil Aviation released the National Air Sports Policy in 2022.

It was the first national framework for India's air sports — ballooning, gliding, paragliding, parachuting, aerobatics, drones and the rest — and it placed the Air Sports Federation of India at the apex of the governance structure. Option (b) is the year of that release.

Why the others are wrong

2021 — 2021 is the year of the Drone Rules, the aviation reform most candidates remember from that period. Drone regulation is not the air sports policy, which came after it.

The National Air Sports Policy, 2022 came from the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
