Correct — B. Mithali Raj announced her retirement from all forms of international cricket in June 2022, closing a career that had begun with her ODI debut in 1999.

She is the leading run-scorer in women's One Day Internationals and captained India in two World Cup finals, in 2005 and in 2017.

The month in the stem is the discriminator. Another India great retired later the same year, so 'June 2022' points specifically at option (b).
