Rule: a vertical mirror reverses the order of the row and flips every character left-to-right.
Order first. h R w 7 4 @ comes back as @ 4 7 w R h, with the h — printed farthest from MN — finishing at the right-hand end.
Then the shapes. The @, the 4 and the 7 all turn round, the w survives untouched because it is symmetric about a vertical axis, the R becomes a reversed R, and the h puts its tall stroke on the right with the arch reaching left.
Option (b) is the row that ends in that flipped h: arch on the left, tall stroke on the right, nothing dropping below the line.
Why the others are wrong
