Correct — B. The Mumbai Marathon, first run in 2004 and titled the Tata Mumbai Marathon since 2018, is the Indian race routinely described as Asia's largest marathon by the number of runners it puts on the road.

It is a full 42.195 km road race held in January, starting and finishing at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, with a half marathon and shorter runs alongside it → option (b).

Why the others are wrong

Kaveri Trail Marathon — The Kaveri Trail Marathon is an off-road trail event in south India, run on a scale nothing like a mass-participation city marathon. Its appeal is the setting, not the size of the field.

Delhi Half Marathon — The Delhi event is a half marathon — 21.1 km. It is a major race, but the stem asks for a marathon, and a half cannot be the largest event of a distance it does not run.

Pinkathon — Pinkathon is a women-only run series held across several cities over shorter distances to promote women's fitness. It is not a full marathon competing for that description.

Concept

A marathon is a fixed distance, 42.195 km, and everything shorter has its own name: the half marathon at 21.0975 km, then 10K and 5K runs.

Indian city races bundle all of these into one morning, which is why an event can be called a marathon in conversation while only the full distance inside it really is one.
