Correct — D. Olly was the mascot of the FIH Men's Hockey World Cup 2023, which India hosted in Odisha, at Bhubaneswar and Rourkela.

Olly is an olive ridley turtle, the species that comes ashore in mass nesting on the Odisha coast, and the name is simply the first syllable of 'olive ridley'. Read the mascot back to the host state and it stops being blind recall.

Concept
