Correct — C, A-3, B-1, C-4, D-2. Paradeep is in ODISHA (List-II item 3) — a major port in Jagatsinghpur district on the Bay of Bengal near the Mahanadi delta, declared India's eighth major port in 1966 and today a big handler of coal, iron ore, crude and fertiliser raw material. Tuticorin is in TAMIL NADU (item 1) — officially V. O. Chidambaranar Port at Thoothukudi on the Gulf of Mannar, made a major port in 1974 and named after the freedom fighter who ran the Swadeshi Steam Navigation Company from that harbour. Kakinada is in ANDHRA PRADESH (item 4) — a busy non-major port near the Godavari delta, comprising the old anchorage port and the newer deep-water port, known for agricultural cargo and edible oils. Alappuzha, or Alleppey, is in KERALA (item 2) — a historic non-major port on the Arabian Sea, developed as a port town by the Travancore administration in the late eighteenth century and long the outlet for the coir trade. Only option (c) carries all four.
