Correct — D, 1 and 2 — Amethi and Sultanpur. On the Government of India's consolidated One District One Product list, both Amethi and Sultanpur carry moonj products as their district product, and Sultanpur's own district portal describes the item as 'Bandh (Moonj)': sarpat or munj grass cut from the Gomti terai and coil-woven into chairs, tables, pen stands, benas or hand fans, footmats and carry-bags. The two districts are neighbours in the same belt of eastern Awadh, which is why the same grass craft belongs to both. Sant Kabir Nagar is the odd one out — its ODOP on the same list is brassware craft, not moonj — so every option that includes item 3 fails, and the only combination left is 1 and 2.

The state model was influential enough that the Centre later built the same district-product logic into its own schemes through DPIIT and the Ministry of Food Processing Industries' PM Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises programme.
