Correct — option (3), Operation Dost. On 6 February 2023 two earthquakes struck southern Türkiye and northern Syria, and India launched Operation Dost within hours to send search, rescue and medical assistance. The name was chosen for its meaning: dost is the word for friend in Hindi and in Turkish alike, and the mission was presented as an act of friendship rather than of aid.
