Correct — option (3), Mizoram. The 10th International Tourism Mart was held from 17 to 19 November 2022 at Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram, at the R. Dengthuama Indoor Stadium in Mualpui. It was inaugurated by the Union Minister of Tourism, Shri G. Kishan Reddy, with the Chief Minister of Mizoram, Shri Zoramthanga, and the State's Tourism Minister present, and it was the first time Mizoram had hosted the event.
