Correct — option (2), Human trafficking. The Blue Heart Campaign is an international anti-trafficking initiative of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. It was launched in March 2009 by the Office's Executive Director, Antonio Maria Costa, during his address to a women's conference meeting in Vienna, where UNODC has its headquarters, and its symbol is a blue heart. The campaign's purpose is public awareness: it asks people, institutions and governments to display the blue heart as a sign of solidarity with the victims of trafficking in persons and of refusal to accept the trade in human beings, and it has been adopted as a national campaign by a number of governments.
