Correct — B, Yevgeny Prigozhin. Prigozhin, born in Leningrad on 1 June 1961, is the only person ever publicly identified as the head of the Wagner Group, and the structure of this question makes that decisive: the other three names all belong to men holding formal public office — a defence minister and two heads of state — while Wagner is a private military company with no place in any state's order of battle. Prigozhin came to the Kremlin's notice as a caterer. His company, Concord Management and Consulting, held state contracts serving official banquets, which earned him the label 'Putin's chef'; the same network funded the St Petersburg Internet Research Agency. For years he denied any connection with Wagner and sued journalists who alleged one, and it was only in September 2022, with the war in Ukraine going badly, that he publicly acknowledged having founded the group.
