Correct — B, Jharkhand. This is a nickname question, and the way to make it safe is to know the substance the nickname records. Jharkhand sits on the Chota Nagpur plateau, where two very different rock systems happen to lie side by side: Gondwana sediments in the Damodar valley troughs, which carry coal, and Archaean and Dharwar crystallines in the Singhbhum belt, which carry metallic ores. Almost nowhere else in India are fuel minerals and metal ores stacked so close together, and the Government of Jharkhand's own description of the state names the result — iron ore, coal, copper ore, mica, bauxite, graphite, limestone and uranium. What sets Jharkhand apart is not one ranking but a set of near-monopolies.
