It is implied in the passage that
(a)it is easy for quacks to lure gullible parents of suffering children into spending loads of money for the treatment of their children because of the increased media outreach available in these modern times for the former to advertise their services.
(b)the NMC is only playing a passive role in educating and/or increasing awareness amongst the parents of children suffering from incurable diseases due to which they fall prey to quackery and not only waste money but risk their children’s lives.
(c)The government needs to put in place the needed regulations to stop the spread of stem cell therapy clinics in the country.
(d)It is not necessary to subject a child diagnosed with autism to any treatment as there is no cure for it anyway, and the condition only needs to be managed scientifically so the child can live a fulfilling life.
