Why should I solve State PCS questions?

State PCS exams test the same concepts as UPSC — History, Geography, Polity, Economy — but from a state perspective. Practising state PCS PYQs strengthens your UPSC preparation by giving you additional practice on overlapping topics. Many toppers recommend solving state papers to build depth across subjects.

Which state PCS exam is hardest?

Based on our analysis of 10,065 questions, UPPSC and RPSC tend to be the most challenging with higher analytical-reasoning questions. MPPSC is considered moderately difficult, while HPSC and PPSC are comparatively easier. Difficulty also varies by subject and year.

Can I download all papers as PDFs?

Yes! We have 477 original question papers available as PDFs. You can download papers state-wise and year-wise from each state's dedicated page. All papers are sourced from official commission releases.

Is bilingual text always available?

For most questions parsed from Drishti IAS papers, bilingual text (English + Hindi) is available. Some papers may have only English or only Hindi text depending on the source. The language availability is indicated on each question.

How many state PCS exams are covered?

We currently have fully parsed question data for 7 states: UPPSC (Uttar Pradesh), MPPSC (Madhya Pradesh), RPSC (Rajasthan), UKPSC (Uttarakhand), HPSC (Haryana), PPSC (Punjab), and BPSC (Bihar). PDFs for 22 more states are available and will be parsed soon.
