(a) Defining an “Abhivṛddhi-patra” (appreciation letter), draft an ideal appreciation letter from the Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, to school-teachers regarding the increase in their ‘service period’. (b) Draft a suitable official letter, on behalf of the Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, to the Secretary, Ministry of Health, Government of India, New Delhi, requesting the earliest possible financial assistance and approval for the treatment of leprosy patients in Uttar Pradesh.
